Came in right at closing time and Jazz took care of my order even though they were right about to close. My order only took about 10 mins and I was on my way! Thank You DJ Jazzy Jeff! You're the man and I hope you get a raise! This location in Aspen Hill has become my favorite Pizza Spot because even though some people may complain about the customer service, I've never had a bad experience here and I've been ordering both Delivery and Carryout from here for years!!

Jazz and Pattie are the best! They always go the extra mile to help out when needed and to make sure that the Customer is satisfied with His/Her order. DJ Jazzy Jeff in particular should be made a regional Manager due to the fact that he pays attention to even the small details. This Papa John's location in the Aspen Hill area of Montgomery County has got to be one of the best if not the best!

A fine spot. There is no seating, but I placed an order for a specialty pizza and the pizza was ready ehen i returned 16 min later... most importantly: my kids ate it. KaPLOW! That's a win that didn't dissapoint!

Went for a quick lunch last week. Ordered a large pizza. Loved the guy in the front. Young guy named Keith with a smile treated me like a CUSTOMER, which is very uncommon nowadays. It's hard to find cashiers smile and treat you with such energy. Food becomes better depending upon service. Keep it up Keith.

The restaurant is a bit dirty. The pizza is usally good, but depending on who makes it, there might be too little cheese or the cheese just tastes off. In rare cases, they might completely mess up your order.

They're using door dash, or their driver also works that job. My pizza arrived with a broken Seal. Given the current health and safety protocol- in the trash it goes... Door DASH turns your food to TRASH! If PAPA JOHNS is now using them as subcontractors for delivery, that legally breaks the chain of custody in violation of Maryland Health Code. Yes, the broken Seal is being reported. Had I known that Door DASH was being used, I wouldn't even place the order. That how bad the company’s reputation is in Montgomery County, MD. 12 23 2021 at 21:00 EST, original review below. I tend to order when there is a 50% off promo code. When you get the XL-Size, it's an easy way to have enough for everyone, and this location has been pretty consistent with the quality. My only critique would be that they should have more 50% promo codes; this last year, there's only been one or two, as opposed to prior years where you averaged at least one per month. Since the lock down, this store has gradually improved the product, because the focus is now strictly upon food safety. This is welcome and appreciated. As this also improves the flavor and presentation, it's nice to know that when you order from this location, you expect a better pizza. When there has ever been an issue, a phone call fixes the problem.

Kayden is the best! HE IS the MOST HARD WORKING papa john’s employee ever!!! He is so kind and he makes the best pizza! I called him to order pizza and he was so nice!! Then I went to pick it up and he gave it to me. He was so nice! He treated me like I was family. I will be going back again soon. Thank you Kayden, and thank you Papa Johns Pizza.
